Mary Oswald, CPA
Mary joined Lottsa in October 2015 with over 20 years of accounting experience in a variety of settings including public accounting, private industry, and employee benefits. Her experience spans many industries including professional services, manufacturing, and wholesale distribution, plus work with not-for-profit and governmental organizations. She also has extensive experience with individual and business tax.
Mary’s primary responsibilities include tax preparation and review, tax planning, and managing client relationships. Additionally, she helps clients with QuickBooks and assists clients with accounting and training.
Prior to her accounting career, Mary worked as an Arts Administrator for almost a decade. The various arts organizations included a professional ballet company and a public assembly facility.
Mary graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She furthered her education by obtaining a Certificate in Accounting from Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa. She is a CPA, a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist, a QuickBooks Pro Advisor, and a member of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Originally from Ohio, Mary lives in Minneapolis. In her non-working hours she teaches meditation, salsa dances, travels, and attends theater and dance events.
